Payment and shipping conditions

Shipment

Upon customer request, delivery can be made to an alternative delivery address; this can be specified during the ordering process. Goods are shipped from our German warehouse, with a flat-rate packaging and shipping fee of €7.00.

Shipping is carried out by Trans-o-Flex, DHL or Deutsche Post.

For orders in our shop, the prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply.

When shipping to non-EU countries, taxes and customs duties may be charged. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping costs may increase for particularly bulky, heavy, or valuable items. Shipping costs will be specified during the ordering process.

For orders of larger quantities, we reserve the right to make acceptance of the contract dependent on the customer assuming higher shipping costs.

In the case of entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we reserve the right to pass on price increases to the customer in the event of unforeseeable, extraordinary price increases by our suppliers or currency fluctuations.

If the increase is more than 5% of the agreed price, the customer has the right to terminate the contract.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be dispatched within 2 – 4 working days after conclusion of the contract

(in case of advance payment only after receipt of the full purchase price and shipping costs).
